ZIZO subscription renewal

Ensure your backup and recovery systems are operational, apply file renaming convention for easy roll back.
It is good practice to download the latest exe files (Zadmin/read) while you are in the subscription renewal 
process, they can be found by selecting the 'Latest version" tab from the ZIZO download centre menu include 
the (EM/Ztrn) zip files if you are running the Event Manager and Ztraining features. 

In order to renew your ZIZO subscription, please follow these easy steps;

1	Go https://zizosystems.wixsite.com/zizotqm and select the Download tab - Go subscription and select your 
	company's name, this will download the subscription file. 
2	Unzip the zsubs.exe file and extract it to the server ZIZO application directory where the zizo.ini file is 
	located (this is important)
3	Run the zsubs.exe file and log in, then press the big ‘renew subscription’ button
4	Run the ZIZO admin module (this auto-applies relevant sql server db patches)
5	End

NOTE : 	
If the subscription fails then download the latest exes: 
Go Downloads
Go Latest version - download and run the zadmin (this applies latest patches) and zread - continue the renewal process.
